Awhole new world of information and tips for gymnasts all over America, and other English-speaking countries.

Lesson 1. Cartwheel:
  •  point toe out in front of the body
  • put arms up by ears
  • lean forward while lifting back leg
  • put hands down
  • push to a staddle in the air, and land - remember to stick it.

Lesson 2. Roundoff:

  • steps 1 through four are the same as cartwheel
  • push to instead of a stadle, to a pike in the air, and land- still with legs toghether. Jump and stick it.

Lesson 3. Front Handspring

  • begin with legs together, and arms up by ears
  • Rapidly bend over and touch ground surface with hands and flip.
  • Land in a pike
  • Front and back walkovers are the same but slower, and there's no spring - better for begginers

Lesson 4. Back Handspring

  • begin with legs together andarms up by ears
  • Rapidly bend back and put arms back behind you
  • jump back and touch hands to ground surface and flip
