Lesson 1. Cartwheel:
- point toe out in front of the body
- put arms up by ears
- lean forward while lifting back leg
- put hands down
- push to a staddle in the air, and land - remember to stick it.
Lesson 2. Roundoff:
- steps 1 through four are the same as cartwheel
- push to instead of a stadle, to a pike in the air, and land- still with legs toghether. Jump and stick it.
Lesson 3. Front Handspring
- begin with legs together, and arms up by ears
- Rapidly bend over and touch ground surface with hands and flip.
- Land in a pike
- Front and back walkovers are the same but slower, and there's no spring - better for begginers
Lesson 4. Back Handspring
- begin with legs together andarms up by ears
- Rapidly bend back and put arms back behind you
- jump back and touch hands to ground surface and flip
